Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations within 48 hours of booking and at least 21 days before arrival qualify for a full refund.
- Cancellations 7-21 days before arrival are eligible for a 50% refund.
- Cancellations less than 7 days before arrival are non-refundable.
- Any pre-arranged services (catering, special amenities, third-party arrangements) will be deducted from applicable refunds.
- Festive season and public holiday bookings are strictly non-refundable.
- Private functions and event bookings are strictly non-refundable.
